    • It must be imposed by a priest<\/strong> (only once in a lifetime), using the approved rite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • It must be worn continuously<\/strong>, day and night (it may be fabric or an approved scapular medal).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • It implies living a lifestyle consistent with the Gospel: prayer, frequent Eucharist, life of grace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
